Bicep Exercises

This exercise is the bicep curl. Muscles worked: biceps brachii, brachialis and brachioradialis

This exercise is a wide bicep curl. Muscles worked: inner short head of bicep curl.

This exercise is a hammer curl. Muscles worked: long head and short head of bicep, also activates the delts, traps and abs for stabilization. 

This is a single arm bicep curl with a iso hold. Muscles worked:  biceps.

This exercise is a single arm cable bicep curl. Muscles worked: front of shoulder and bicep.
