At MM Fitness Training and Nutrition, we’ve crafted a process designed to make your fitness journey as simple, effective, and sustainable as possible. Our Women’s Warrior Program follows a structured 16-week curriculum, providing you with a clear, step-by-step guide to transform your body, boost your confidence, and build lasting habits—without the overwhelm.
Our Steps
Step 1: Onboarding & Goal Setting
​We start by getting to know you and your goals. Through a personal consultation, Carey will learn about your fitness history, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we’ll set clear, achievable goals to guide you through your fitness journey. Whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build strength, or just feel better in your body, we’ll make sure we’re aligned with what you want to achieve. Once payment is received you will be sent an email within 24 hours to download our app and get started!

Step 2: Start the 16-Week Warrior Curriculum
​After downloading the app, I will send you a quick video that explains how to use and access all your workouts and meal plans. This is a 16-week curriculum, designed to guide you step-by-step through your fitness journey. This curriculum balances strength and cardio training, gradually increasing in intensity to ensure consistent progress without burnout. In the 16- week program Carey cover exercise, nutrition, portion control, macros, how to sleep better at night, mindset and so much more. The structure of the program is simple, effective, and easy to follow, giving you the flexibility to fit workouts into your busy lifestyle. You’ll know exactly what to do each week, eliminating confusion and making it easier to stay on track.
Step 3: Join the Community
One of the best parts of our program is the sense of community. You’ll be connected with other women who are on the same journey through private groups on Skool and Facebook. Here, you can share your wins, ask questions, and find support from like-minded women who understand the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy life. The community is a place for encouragement, accountability, and inspiration as you work toward your goals.

Step 4: Weekly Support for Fitness & Nutrition
Ongoing support is key to your success. Each week, Carey will provide weekly check ins via email or messenger that monitor your progress and help you feel supported. Whether it’s adjusting your workouts, answering questions about nutrition, or offering motivation, Carey also provides biweekly phone calls and group zoom calls for extra connection and support. She’s committed to helping you stay on track and making adjustments as necessary. Requirements: client is encouraged to attend and participate in at least 80% of the LIVE workouts, weekly check ins, zoom calls and calorie counting to see results.

Step 5: Real, Sustainable Results
​Our goal is to help you achieve results that last. Over the 16 weeks, you’ll notice a real transformation—losing weight, building strength, and gaining the confidence to take on anything. But the work doesn’t stop there. With the skills and habits you’ll develop throughout the program, you’ll have the tools you need to maintain and continue your progress long after the program ends. You’ll walk away with a healthier mindset, a stronger body, and the knowledge to keep growing.
Cancellation Policy: No Refunds. No exceptions unless you followed 80% of the program and still did not receive the results promised.
